Q. How much is the home-site rent at Hidden Glen?
A. $295.00 per month for single section homes and $305.00 for double section homes.

What is included in the home-site rent?
A. Water, sewer & garbage are all included.

Q. When was the last time the home-site rent was increased?
A. In September of 2007 the rent was increased by $15.00. In May of 2005 the home-site rent was increased by $15.00 to help cover the increased costs related to a property tax increase of over 420%. Prior to that we had had an increase in September of 2004 of $15.00 per home site to cover increased cost we had been experiencing for the previous 4 years. Prior to that increase the rent had increased only once in the previous 6 years.

Q. What is the philosophy of the owner concerning rent increases?
A. The owner of Hidden Glen has only increased rent as costs have increased. His philosophy is to charge enough rent to be able to maintain a quality community, but to never be the most expensive, or even be considered in the expensive category, as to the amount of rent that is charged for each home-site.

Q. Do you have a drug problem in Hidden Glen?
A. Absolutely not. We go to great lengths to insure we have no drug or crime problems within the Hidden Glen Community. We have been an active member in the City of Clearfield's Crime Free Multi-Housing Program since it's inception in 1997.
